A: We do not need any private information. We will need, however, the login information for your current web hosting account and the name of the web site that you wish to transfer.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose essentially the same information you have given to your previous hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive information is dealt with.

A: Nah. Your website will stay reachable online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is alright, all you will have to do is change your domain’s DNS settings.

A: No. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
