Monitoring & Rebooting

Server administering is a big responsibility for new VPS customers – you have to check how your VPS is doing, to see if it’s overloaded, to check if all the services are performing just fine. It is a task that requires undivided attention, and you most probably do not have the time to take care of that. That is why we offer that we take care of the task for you. If you make use of our Administration Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the services running on it. That way you will have more time for your sites or web applications.

Weekly Backups

When you run a repeatedly visited site or a data–heavy web application, it’s obligatory to keep a complete back–up copies of everything. However, configuring an automatic backup system is quite challenging. That is why we offer you our Administration Services solution – we will maintain a complete backup of your VPS, not only of your web sites and data, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run every week, retaining all the modifications that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux VPS Package, you have absolute freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Administration Services option will help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you’ll be able to literally hire one of our expert server administrators for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation of any kind of app whatsoever that you need. Or have him rectify a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an add–on with our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
